'Penguin' Style Biscuits

  • Melt your chocolate buttons using the ban marie method
  • Once melted add in your cacao butter buttons
  • Stir until all buttons are melted and smooth
  • Remove your chocolate bowl from the hot pan and place on a heat resistant surface
  • Drop in your bourbon biscuits one at a time and completely cover them in melted chocolate
  • Carefully place them on a piece of non stick paper and put them in the fridge for at least 30 mins
  • Once the chocolate has set, share them out and enjoy!
