Chocolate Covered Protein Balls

Salted Caramel and Cherry & Coconut Chocolate Covered Protein Balls

For Salted caramel balls:
10-11 Dates

1 scoop plantbased protein powder ( optional)

½ cup of blanched almonds

2tbsp coconut oil

1tsp cinnamon

Pinch of himalayan or sea salt

For Cherry Coconut balls:

1 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup blanched almonds

3tbsp freeze dried cherry powder

2 tbsp coconut oil

3tbsp maple syrup

1 scoop plantbased protein(optional)


Coating:  2 Bars Raw Chocolate  (Pitch Dark or mix of Pitch Dark and Vanoffee for a milder chocolate)

Method - (same for both flavours)

1. Start with processing dry ingredients in food processor
2. Then slowly add the rest of your ingredients & process until you get sticky dough texture
3. Form into balls and pop in fridge for 20mins.
4. Gently melt Pitch Dark raw chocolate and dip the balls in chocolate to cover, place on non stick parchment paper sprinkle coconut and crushed nuts on top
5. Let chill for 30mins and enjoy!
