Chocolate Raisin and Apple Muffins

These Chocolate Raisin & Apple Muffins are a great way to use up seasonal apples, and a novel way of using sweet juicy, drenched in Chocolate Raw Chocolate Raisins in a recipe!  (Only £14.99 for a bulk 450g bag!)  They make a perfect, wholsesome sweet treat for any time of the day! :)

175g plain flour (can use Gluten-free)
1 tbs baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
75g apple sauce
1.5 dl vanilla rice milk (or any other plant-based milk)
50 g coconut sugar
1 small apple, grated
75g raw chocolate raisins
Oil to grease

Start by mixing flour, baking powder, cinnamon and ginger in a bowl.
Add the coconut sugar, apple sauce, milk and grated apple.
Mix well.
Lastly, add the chocolate raisins and mix well.
Lightly grease 9 muffin moulds with a little oil.
Full each muffin mould 3/4 of the way.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes at 180c.
Let the muffins cool before enjoying.
