Creamy Chocolate Pudding

Chocolate pudding has come a long way since the days of 'London Mud' served in school canteens! This is one is made from the finest plantbased ingredients, and features purple sweet potato, banana & maple syrup as healthy sweeteners, avocado & coconut yogurt (all the healthy fats right there!), as well as the finest organic cacao powder and melted Dark Raw Chocolate to satisfy the chocoholic in you.  Eat this for breakfast and we pretty much guarantee that you'll fly through your day....

For 2 portions/jars of Creamy, Dreamy Chocolate pudding  :0)


Granola (a couple of small handfuls)

1 banana

1 Avocado

1 medium cooked then frozen purple sweet potato (regular sweet potato would work as well:)

2 Tablespoons coconut yogurt (+ 2Tbsp for Topping Jars)

1/2 cup cacao powder

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 cup plant milk

1Tbsp Peanut Butter

1tsp Vanilla Powder

44g(1bar) melted Pitch Dark raw chocolate (plus extra for garnish)


1. Sprinkle a small handful of your favourite Gluten & Sugar free granola into the bottom of a jar.

2. Layer slices of banana on top of Granola.
3. Melt dark chocolate carefully, in a bowl over steaming hot water.
4. Put rest of the ingredients (sweet potato, coconut yogurt, avocado, maple syrup, plant milk & peanut butter) in food processor or blender, blend until smooth
4. Add melted chocolate and blend for another minute.
5. Pour divine, creamy, dreamy chocolate mixture into jars, top with the remaining banana slices, a dollop of coconut yogurt and more chocolate ! :) ready to serve !
