Easy Chocolate Nut Butter Freezer Fudge

Making a sweet and delicious treat doesn't get much easier than this!  Simply mix all the ingredients together, drizzle with melted chocolate, sprinkle with yummy bits and freeze! Happiness Guaranteed :)

INGREDIENTS:

200g smooth and runny Nut Butter of choice

3-4 Tbsp Maple Syrup (depending on desired sweetness)

2 Tbsp Cacao Powder

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted

3 rows Salted Vanoffee Hazelnut

2 Tbsp Raw Mulberries

1 Tbsp Cacao Nibs

 

METHOD:

Mix nut butter, syrup, cacao powder and coconut oil together in a bowl.

Add to a container eg. loaf pan lined with parchment paper.

Melt the chocolate and spread it on top.

Add the mulberries and cacao nibs on top of the chocolate and press them down slightly.

Freeze for a few hours before cutting into desired shapes.

Store fudge in a container in the freezer.
