Banana Soft-Serve with Vanoffee Mulberries
Too many bananas all ripening at the same time? Chop 'em, freeze 'em, and use them to make this deeeeeliciously sweet & healthy soft-serve ice-cream dessert.
1. In a high-speed blender, blend frozen bananas with vegan milk and a small handful of Vanoffee Mulberries until thick and creamy.
2. Spoon into a freezer safe dish. Mix in a handful of Vanoffee Mulberries and chopped Vanoffee chocolate - allow to freeze for 30 minutes then serve.
