Chocolate Peanut Butter Popcorn Bar

Introducing our delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Popcorn Bar recipe!
These bars are the perfect treat for any occasion, whether you’re seeking a quick snack or a crowd-pleasing dessert.
  • 150g of Raw Chocolate Company Caramel Buttons
  • 150g of Raw Chocolate Company Peruvian 72% Chocolate Buttons
  • 120 ml of natural peanut butter
  • 1 handful of popcorn (we used sweet and salty)
  • 100 grams of pitted dates
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the Caramel Buttons in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the dates, peanut butter, and melted Caramel Buttons to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and transfer the mixture into the dish, pressing it down firmly.
  4. Press a handful of popcorn into the mixture.
  5. Melt the Peruvian Buttons in the microwave stirring occasionally, and pour it over the top.
  6. Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the bars are set.
  7. Serve and enjoy these scrumptious Chocolate Peanut Butter Popcorn Bars!
