This is the most delicious fudge we have ever tried, vegan or not!! It's a fudgey upgrade on Salted Vanoffee Hazelnut, one of our most bestselling and obsessable bars!
To make this Salted Vanoffee Hazelnut and Cashew Butter Fudge you will need:
• 2x Salted Vanoffee Hazelnut Bars
• 100g cashew butter
• 50g coconut oil
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions:
1. Melt all ingredients together over a low heat and pour into a lined baking dish.
2. Place in the fridge overnight to set.
3. Cut into squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
