Wowsers it's hot!

Due to the heat, we are looking at how to deliver our chocolate to you with the least chance of it melting. To reduce the time our chocolate is in courier hands (ie, hot vans and depots), we are removing our Standard Shipping options. This means that Express Shipping is the only shipping method available at this time whilst we assess temperatures. 

During the soaring temperatures on the 18th and 19th of July we will be temporarily delaying dispatch of our online orders until the temperature has dropped down again. We should be continuing dispatch on the 20th/21st of July. Apologies for the delay.

Please note that we are still offering free delivery on orders over £50 - we will send these orders out via Express Shipping.

In the circumstance where your order does arrive melted, please take pictures and send it in to us on info@therawchocolatecompany.com. We will send your items again or offer a refund.
