A sumptuous rich velvety hot chocolate experience. It is deliciously dark - you may want to add a dash of maple syrup. Choose your favourite milk (or water!) and melt slowly on the hob.
This is the chocolate way of the Aztecs, where they would add spices and chilli – this is more of a morning expresso shot in the morning. You can use water, but it will need a bit more blending and won't have the same creaminess.
